Exchange is possible for the same item only if item(s) is/are defective or received the incorrect title(s). All defective items and incorrect shipments must be reported and shipped back to us within 5 business days from the date of receipt. You must write to us and an RMA number will be generated for you. Up to $5 of return postage fee will be reimbursed. We will not accept any packages without a clear RMA number on the package. Please write and attach a brief note inside the package explaining the problems you are experiencing along with the six digits order number.
